Bug fixes:

• The RichTextEditor control in the Policy Statement screen 'lost' the toolbar. This has been fixed.
• Altered the add/edit of Policy Statement to keep the item in the same position in the list.
• Fixed an issue with the Interested Party Relationships. Relied on 'name' to filter rather than the configuration e.g. IsCustomer.

• Performance enhancements: resolved deadlock issue while retrieving ceratin lists.
